Ann Susan (Susannah) (maiden name Owen) Moss was sentenced to ten days in prison. Born in 1846 in Dunthrop, her parents were Edward and Mary (maiden name Taylor) Owen. Edward had been born in Swerford in 1820 and Mary in Lower Heyford in 1819.
Susannah was the eldest of five children. She had three brothers, Thomas, Frederick and John, and one sister, Rebecca.
Susannah married John Moss in Ascott on 8 September 1866. John had been born in Ascott in 1839 and, like William Moss, was a railway plate-layer. There are no further records of Susannah. Sometime after 1881 John married Emma Wright, presumably Susannah, had died in the previous eight years.
